Delivery

Rosey's Workshop send parcels out with Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Hermes, Yodel, DPD or DHL. It all depends on the size and weight of the item being shipped, to whom we use. Price for each item includes postage charges for UK Mainland Only. (Surcharges may apply to some areas).

​We take great care in packaging the items up carefully to ensure the parcel arrives safely with you. We use recycled packaging to help where we can with the environment.

​Majority of our items are built to order, so lead time can vary depending on the item ordered, quantity ordered and workload at the time. Our lead time can vary between 5 and 21 days from the date the order is placed and the delivery is usually 3-5 days from the dispatched date. However, we may have additional information on lead time at the header of the page on the website. We will send Tracking Information via email or text where possible, so you will be updated with expected delivery times. If we are unable to fulfil the order within the advised timescale, then we will contact you in person to discuss this. However, if you require the order for a certain date i.e for a gift., please contact us prior to ordering to see if we can accommodate this for you.

​PLEASE NOTE:  WE ONLY SHIP TO UK MAINLAND ONLY. Our standard shipping excludes some areas of Scotland and Wales. Surcharges may apply to some areas. We DO NOT ship to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and some other off shore islands. Please contact us before ordering, if delivery is to one of these areas to discuss further. 

​Unsuccessful Delivery - If an order is returned due to customer refusal of delivery, supply of incorrect address, or courier unable to access the delivery point, the customer will be charged for the delivery cost plus a handling admin fee. The handling admin fee will be 20% of the order total.
