Returns

ITEM(S) NOT LIKED - We do not accept returns on personalised items. We accept returns on non-personalised items within 14 days from delivery date. Please email roseysworkshop@gmail.com to advise us before returning. Buyer to pay returns postage and item to be packaged up in a good manner, as we can not offer a refund if item is return back damaged due to insufficient packaging and care.

DAMAGAED/FAULTY ITEM(S) - Please email roseysworkshop@gmail.com if your item(s) arrived damaged, including details of damage and photo to support this, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you. Emails reporting damaged need to be sent to us within 72 hours of the delivery date.
